I had a bit of anxiety prior to having my hemmeroid banded but Bobbie explained everything before the procedure, which helped alot. My husband was able to stay in the room with me as I requested. I've had no bleeding or pain since and I physically and mentally feel better. Thank you.

Good people. But I waited for 8 extra days because I was told that I could see the doctor, not the nurse practitioner, 8 long- suffering days.
I still got the standard nurse practitioner visit interview with doctor being briefed , him adding additional information and asking if I had any questions. Both were very nice, but I don't suggest you delay being seen in an attempt to be seen exclusively by doctor Eddie . You can expect being seen by the nurse practitioner, who is very professional and thorough, very nice. Followed by doctor being briefed on your symptoms and current condition. Still 5 stars for the very concerned Lpn Kim and doctor... and scheduler needs briefed on appointment protocol.
